Commitment: Part-time and full-time positions available ranging from 16-40 hours/week between Monday and Saturday 5:30am-7pm. This position requires commitment through the calendar year.

Starting Pay and Benefits: $2.15 per hour base + tip share (hourly wage averages $13-$15), overtime after 40 hours per week, accrued paid time off, accrued store credit per pay period, employee discount at Stick Boy and all sister businesses

Position Description:

• Our business is always taking applications for customer service representatives looking for a positive work environment. Our front of the house staff creates a welcoming atmosphere for all individuals and provides attentive service to all customers. 

• The responsibilities range from knowledge of menu items and products we offer to maintaining a clean and organized high volume restaurant.

• Ensure orders are taken and fulfilled accurately. 

• Must have a positive, team-focused attitude, excellent customer service skills and a willingness to continue learning.

• The skills required for the position consist of self-motivation, the ability to work on a team, taking direction, and a desire to interact with customers.
