Whether it is a latte on the way to work, or an afternoon smoothie, we offer the same level of quality in our drink menu that you have come to expect from our baked goods. Our coffee is all fair trade and is either certified organic or grown organically by farmers who cannot afford the certification process. Larry's Beans is a really cool new small coffee company out of Raleigh that imports beans and roasts them in small batches to order. We recently switched to buying our coffee from them because we think they are the best roasters around. Maybe the next time they are in Boone visiting us you'll catch them driving around in their little, crazy painted, Larry's Beans school bus that runs on vegetable oil!
Smoothies
Some smoothies are made with sweetened fakey fruit syrup and a smoothie "base" that has ingredients you can't even pronounce...but not ours! At Stick Boy, we use only fresh
frozen whole fruits that make a delicious and thick real fruit smoothie. Check out our house favorites or build you own. Even the base is up to you with choices that include real fruit juices, yogurt, soy milk, and others. These smoothies make a great meal on the run or a perfect after-school snack. Whatever the occasion, our smoothies are a delicious treat that you can feel good about (even if you get it with our homemade whipped cream on top)!
