Stuffing Bread
Cut one loaf of stuffing bread into 1 inch cubes or smaller if desired (can be done a day ahead). In a large bowl combine bread cubes, 3 eggs, ½ stick melted butter, and enough chicken or vegetable broth to achieve desired moistness (3 to 4 cups). Transfer to a greased 2 quart baking dish or 9 x 13 pan and bake covered for 60 minutes at 350°F. Uncover and bake about 10 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Save a second loaf to make turkey sandwiches on after Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Biscuits
Preheat oven to 425°. Place biscuits on the center of a baking sheet with sides touching. Place in oven and turn the temperature down to 400°. Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Pizza Dough
Dough thaws in 4 hours on counter top; allow 24 hours to thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven and pizza stone (if present) to 500°. If you are not using a pizza stone, brush a 12" pan (or bigger for thinner crust) with olive oil. Stretch dough to edges of pan. Fork dough evenly to prevent bubbling during baking. Bake just the crust for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and add sauce, toppings, and cheese. Bake until cheese is thoroughly melted, with patchy brown spots (about 10–12 minutes).
