Stick Boy Wholesale

Our program runs Monday through Saturday. The daily order cut off is 3pm for most products to be delivered / picked up next day. Some products (such as croissants, frozen pastries, and certain breads) require extra production time and orders for those must be placed by 3pm two days before delivery / pick up. Our delivery routes vary by the day and season, but we always offer a pick-up option from our Bakery location.

COMMUNICATION

The best ways to get in touch are via email wholesale@stickboybread.com or texting 828-278-4432. Both of these are accessed by our Bakery management team and will lead to the quickest response time. Keep in mind, if it’s in writing, we all win!

Because our management team isn’t always available at the Bakery location, we discourage calling the bakery phone number for wholesale assistance. Our counter staff are not trained to troubleshoot wholesale related questions and they will send you to the email/phone above.

streamline

We utilize a website called Streamline to manage wholesale orders, production, and invoicing. If you’re just getting started with us, you will receive an email invite to set up your Streamline account.

With Streamline you're able to place and manage future orders, browse the available item catalogue and prices, as well as view your previous invoices and open balance. It's relatively intuitive to work through, however we have also created a how-to guide for navigating. We're also happy to set up a meeting to walk you through it.

production schedule

It’s helpful to know that our breads are made on a schedule, and not every bread is available every day of the week. We similarly rotate our pastry and dessert menu by the month to keep our flavors seasonal. Streamline will always be updated to show the products currently available to order.

Payments

We're excited to share that we can now accept online payment on individual invoices and statements through melio.com (powered by Quickbooks). The link to pay is located on the top left (purple link button) on invoices and statements. Follow the prompt to pay either by credit card (fees will apply) or by ACH/Bank Transfer (recommended, no fees). Of course, you still have the option to pay by sending a check.

With this convenient offering, we will no longer be proactively charging customer cards on their behalf. Moving forward, customers are responsible for managing payment for all open balances given the options above. We are flexible with the terms, and we do not require payment on individual invoices (unless you prefer to pay individually). If you have been paying weekly or monthly, you can continue to pay under those terms. We will reach out if you go beyond a month.
