We’ve been baking bread since 2001. That’s a lot of nights testing recipes, developing systems and learning our craft. Most of them were productive and the prize was delicious, fresh bread. Some of those nights were tough. But it’s the tough nights we learned the most. All that to say, below is our system for success that we developed over years of hard work and testing.
We take orders everyday. Our cut off is 2pm for orders to be delivered next day. This gives our bakers the appropriate amount of time to plan and make your bread. Place orders via email firstname.lastname@example.org, text or phone call 828-263-4322. Keep in mind, if it’s in writing, we all win!
When ordering specialty items be mindful to follow our retail bread schedule at the bakery. It’s always more efficient to add what we are already making, rather than adding another dough to the list.
